Welcome to Slope Side at South Mountain located at the base of Loon Mountain Ski Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire. South Mountain is nestled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.

There is so much happening here. This growing development community offers single family town houses, and land for sale. South Mountain, one of the Loon Mountain communities, is a special place with many social and recreational activities. Frequent gatherings offer a chance to enjoy music, food, fun, and recreation. This classic small New England ski and recreation village was settled around 1782 and is adjacent to Woodstock, New Hampshire and the Kancamagus Scenic Highway. Lincoln, New Hampshire is the second largest town by area in the state, but boasts 95% of its land as being in the White Mountain National Forest Preserve.
